  • Ground Beef: 1 pound
  • Seasoning: Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Flour Tortillas: 4 extra-large (burrito-sized)
  • Tostada Shells: 4

  • Pickles: ¾ cup, chopped
  • White Onion: ¾ cup, chopped

For the Big Mac Sauce:


Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Big Mac Sauce: In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and kosher salt. Mix well and set aside.​
  2. Cook the Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it into crumbles. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat and set aside.​
  3. Assemble the Crunchwraps:
    • Lay a flour tortilla on a flat surface.
    • In the center, layer the following: a slice of American cheese, a portion of cooked ground beef, a drizzle of Big Mac sauce, a tostada shell, shredded lettuce, chopped pickles, and chopped onions.
