Raising a child with a massive dog in the house is a huge no-no as far as many parents are concerned. Many people seem to be worried about the potential dangers that might arise, but if the story below is any indication of the truth, it’s the exact opposite of that.
A family in Australia has their dog to thank for saving their young daughter’s life, and they couldn’t be more grateful to their trusty canine. The family said that they are forever indebted to their dog Khan. Without him, their lives could have now been a lot different.
You see, the dog somehow protected their seventeen-month-old daughter, Charlotte, from being bitten by a venomous snake while she was playing the backyard. The dog started acting strange and pretended to be aggressive towards Charlotte to get her mom’s attention and flag something’s wrong.
Now, you may think that the dog has been in the family before Charlotte was born and that the dog’s loyalty towards the family was long in the making. But, believe it or not, the family had only gotten Khan four days prior to the unfortunate incident. Still, the family said that Khan and Charlotte hit it off from day one!
